Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item:
· Is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
· Has all accessories and manuals included
If you received a defective or incorrect item, don’t worry we’ll take care of it.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email us at info@elrows.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your:
· Order number
· Reason for return
· Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
We’ll reply with detailed return instructions, including where to send your item.
Return Shipping Costs
· Standard returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs
· Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Elrows will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label
We do not offer in-person returns all returns must be shipped back to us.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
· Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
· You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Please note:
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable
· It may take extra time for your bank or card provider to post the funds
What We Can’t Accept
We cannot process returns if:
· The item shows visible signs of use (e.g., hair residue, scratches)
· The product is not in its original condition
· It’s been more than 30 days since delivery
· The item was returned without prior authorization
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different product, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged on Arrival?
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the packaging and product immediately
2. Email us at info@elrows.com within 24 hours
3. We’ll review and guide you through a replacement or refund
Do You Charge Restocking Fees?
No we do not charge restocking fees. What you see is what you get.

You may cancel or change your order before it ships no charge.
